Shipping policy

Current order processing time is 2-3 business days; sometimes slightly longer for large orders.

International orders generally take 2-3 weeks to arrive after shipping date.

Your items will be shipped to the address listed on your email receipt. If you want your package to be delivered somewhere else, please let me know as soon as possible.

:: Packing Materials ::

To help protect orders in transit, I frequently use the following cushioning materials: tissue paper, recycled plastic bubble and foam wrap, recycled Styrofoam packing "peanuts," biodegradable corn starch-based packing "peanuts," recyclable paper. If you have a problem with any of these materials, please contact me before you place your order (or leave a note in the "Notes to Seller" box at the time you place your order).

:: US Customers ::

I generally ship small orders (weighing under 16 ounces) within the US in bubble mailers via USPS First Class Mail. Orders within the US weighing more than 16 ounces are shipped in boxes or padded mailers via Priority Mail. Large orders will be shipped by FedEx or USPS Priority, depending on which is most cost effective. Tracking numbers are provided with all US orders upon shipment.

:: International Customers ::

All International orders weighing less than 4 pounds are shipped via USPS First Class International. Bubble mailers are used for smaller orders, and I use boxes for larger orders/orders with breakables. Tracking numbers are always provided, but are not always reliable with international orders.
